To request deletion of your Veclysm online account and associated data, email veclysmsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Veclysm account deletion”. Include the player name and player ID shown in Profile, if available. Do not send passwords or purchase tokens. This route works for guest and Google-linked accounts, including when you cannot access the app. We verify account ownership before processing the request.
In the app, Profile → Account deletion help opens this page. Deactivate online account permanently blocks sign-in and recovery but retains server data; it does not submit a deletion request. Cancel Google Play subscriptions separately.
After identity verification and acceptance of a deletion request, the account is disabled for new activity and scheduled for deletion after a seven-day grace period. The deletion worker removes account, profile (including your player name), linked Google identity and email records, session, entitlement, room, signaling, and related online records. Records required for fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, security, or legal obligations may be retained only as necessary.
Local settings and campaign progress are separate device data. Clear Android app storage or uninstall Veclysm to remove them.

删除请求经身份核验并受理后，账号停止新活动，并在七天宽限期后安排删除。删除 Worker 会清除账号、档案（含玩家昵称）、Google 绑定身份和邮箱记录、会话、权益、房间、信令及相关在线记录；反欺诈、交易对账、安全或法定义务要求的记录仅在必要范围内保留。
本地设置和战役进度是另一份设备数据；请清除 Android 应用数据或卸载 Veclysm 来删除。
